Flying a new hobby

I've gotten myself into a new hobby, indoor micro r/c helicopters.

It's a blast, these things can really scoot and get out of control before you even have time to think about it.

The one on the left is really twitchy while the other being a "coax" (two rotors) is a lot more stable. Gotta fly something and these are just a hoot whilst waiting for spring!!

Hello, Frank. I saw your note about your blog on FlyChallenger and gave you a visit. I enjoyed your history and pictures. Hope it can be put on DVD some day all us new flyers. You've seen a lot of ULs and flown a lot of them too. I've flown a Quicksilver MXL for 5 years. Never flown anything before. I'm now recovering and replacing the engine on an 87 CW Challenger II. Hope to see you someday at the big Challenger Flying in IL. Blue Skies!
